Completed ceiling that is double layered, type X, fire taped and fire caulked. — Drywall Finish

Properly fire caulked at all perimeter and around any penetrations in fire rated assembly. — Fire Inspection Approved!

Commercial flooring reseal Mock Up

Flooring prior to refinished — Before
